The assistant project manager will be responsible for designing, documenting, and tracking NGO projects while building strong partnerships with institutions and corporates. This role focuses on content creation (presentations, proposals, reports), developing strategies, and driving CSR/student engagement opportunities at an institutional level. They will work closely with the student counselor to ensure outreach efforts are backed by impactful project material.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Project & content development:</li><li> Create PowerPoint presentations, project notes, proposals, and visual decks for schools, corporates, and CSR opportunities.</li><li> Prepare impact reports, case studies, and strategy documents for active and completed projects.</li><li> Maintain templates, trackers, and relevant documents for ongoing operations.</li><li> Collaboration & partnerships:</li><li> Build and maintain relationships with schools, consultancies, universities, and corporations.</li><li> Identify new CSR opportunities and prepare tailored proposals.</li><li> Coordinate with the student counselor to provide them with high-quality materials for student-facing meetings.</li><li> Research & strategic planning:</li><li> Research social work platforms and identify new channels for promoting Hamari Pahchan’s programs.</li><li> Maintain a collaboration database with contact history, status updates, and follow-up schedules.</li><li> Track the progress of partnerships and prepare status reports for leadership.</li><li> Recruitment support:</li><li> Post internship and volunteering opportunities on relevant platforms (as advised by the project head).</li><li> Shortlist potential candidates for the student counselors’ onboarding process.</li><li> Maintain recruitment and outreach trackers for management review.<br><br></li></ul>About Company: Hamari Pahchan NGO is a youth-led non-profit organization dedicated to driving social change and empowering communities through impactful initiatives.
