Primary Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Store Manager with all operational and leadership aspects of the store
- Enhancing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Providing training and mentorship to store associates
- Helping maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Managing inventory and overseeing logistics

Preferable Experience and Skills:

- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and customer management skills
