Primary Responsibilities:


- Assisting the Store Manager with all operational and leadership aspects of the store
- Driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Training and mentoring store staff
- Supporting the maintenance of store appearance and merchandising standards
- Managing inventory and overseeing logistics

Preferable Experience and Skills:


- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus, though not required.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership skills and customer management abilities
- A service-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of basic business management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
