We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our DecSecOps Collaboration and Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and transforming collaboration tools and processes.

In this strategic and technical role, you will apply your expertise to govern and provide support solutions for all aspects of our Atlassian product suite. You will partner continuously with stakeholders, balancing their needs while supporting senior staff on complex projects.

Your responsibilities will include administering, developing, and supporting our Atlassian Data Center instances. You will gather requirements for business processes and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA setup and workflows.

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, backlog, vendor relationships, feature adoption, and implementation strategy for Atlassian tools.
  • Own and manage internal support team requirements (Identity and Access Management, Third-Party Management, Enterprise Security).
  • Create and maintain our golden/standard project schemes, Jira-based reports, dashboards, and planning views based on different user requirements.

You will create and maintain build integrations with other systems, evaluate current systems architecture, and recommend scalable improvements. Additionally, you will capture and evangelize best practices for effective use of Atlassian tools.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should have 5+ years of proven expertise in administering Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence) and engineering lifecycle management tools. An Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certification is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline is also necessary. Experience migrating from JIRA Data Center to JIRA Cloud is highly desirable.
