Part-time Banquet Bartender Position Overview





SUMMARY OF POSITION:


To deliver exceptional beverage service to valued patrons in a professional and courteous manner, aligning with industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly read and comprehend all particulars of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Beverage Daily Assignments

Efficiently set up and break down all bar supplies for events based on BEO specifications

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards guests, colleagues, and management

Adhere to established uniform and grooming standards

Ensure accurate and complete paperwork at the end of each shift

Promptly communicate any challenges, guest complaints, or requests to supervisors

OBSERVE ALL SAFETY PROCEDURES DURING THE EXECUTION OF ASSIGNED DUTIES

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

Past experience as a professional bartender

Familiarity with common drinks recipes memorized

Sufficient knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and basic sanitation required

Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal), and mathematical skills

Bending and lifting required - up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
