As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you are tasked with epitomizing the operational standards that make up the distinguishable Starbucks Experience. Critical Qualifications:


- Consistent punctuality and attendance, even without reasonable accommodation.
- Flexible in work hours, willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Adheres to all store operational policies, maintains high-quality beverages and food, handles cash securely, and ensures complete store safety.
- Six months of serving in a customer-facing role.
- Can prepare beverages and food based on standard recipes or altered to cater to customer requests.
- Managed or led a team of two or more members for at least six months.
