Closing Date<br><br>This position is open until filled.<br><br>Position Summary<br><br>Under the general supervision of the Benefits Manager, performs billing, data entry, customer service, and administrative duties associated with employee benefits administration. Incumbent performs benefit administration duties for the employee benefit plan which includes medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending account, supplemental benefits, leave plans, and the retirement plan. Part-time work schedule is M-W-F / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position is a grade N11; pay starts at $23.63/hour.<br><br>Education and Experience<br><br>Must have 3 years of relevant Benefits Administration work experience to include at least 1 year of experience working with and providing customer services regarding medical plans or employee benefits plans, including reading and interpreting documents such as health plan summaries and explanation of benefits (EOBs).<br><br>Must have current computer experience in software programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.<br><br>Must demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of Excel through an Excel exercise.<br><br>Must pass a thorough criminal history background check and pre-employment drug test.<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualification<br><br></strong>Computer experience in the PeopleSoft HCM environment.<br><br><strong>Company<br><br></strong>Southern Ute Indian Tribe<br><br>Job Location<br><br>Ignacio,CO<br><br>How To Apply<br><br>Please apply online at:https://careers.southernute.com/pfund<br><br>Hiring Preference<br><br>TERO Preference.
