Join a fast-growing, international sales team where your work directly drives customer acquisition and business growth. In this role, you’ll identify and engage with mid- to enterprise-level prospects across multiple industries, including e-commerce and financial services. You’ll connect with C-suite executives, helping them improve their loyalty and promotion strategies. With access to top-tier sales tools, a supportive team, and uncapped commissions, you’ll have every opportunity to excel. This is a remote role, but being based in Boston is preferred to meet with the local team as needed.

Accountabilities:

  • Research and prioritize target accounts strategically across the North American market.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and other channels.
  • Initiate contact with C-level decision-makers and guide early-stage deal qualification.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive pipeline growth and book meetings.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Crossbeam, Qualified Chatbot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support outbound efforts.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach activity, meeting setting, and lead qualification.
  • Contribute to the growth of the client base by sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Confidence in cold-calling and proactive outbound outreach.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals and surpassing quotas.
  • Previous experience in a sales role is preferred, but candidates with high-performance backgrounds (e.g. military, sports, performing arts) are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; eager to initiate and build conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to research accounts and align offerings to customer needs.
  • Motivated by clear metrics and the opportunity to grow within a high-impact sales environment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with AEs, Marketing, and Partnerships to support the full sales cycle.
