<p><b>About this role:</b></p><p></p><p>Wells Fargo is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven professional to join the <b>Corporate and Investment Banking Heightened Customer Risk Team</b> as a <b>Business Execution Associate Manager</b> (Senior Assistant Vice President)<b>.</b></p><p></p><p>This role entails <b>overseeing consultants</b> responsible for producing clear, comprehensive, and well-documented <b>customer risk summaries</b> for <b>high-risk clients.</b> The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the bank’s <b>regulatory compliance initiatives and mitigating financial crime risk.</b> The successful candidate will effectively demonstrate strong cross-team collaboration, problem-solving and communication skills to achieve objectives. </p><p><br /><b><b>In this role, you will:</b></b></p><ul><li><b>Supervise a team in transactional tasks and processes</b> to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance for the business</li><li><b>Ensure successful planning, integration, impasse resolution,</b><b> and measurement </b>of operations that are routine and arise within the operations of the work group</li><li><b>Identify Business Execution opportunities a</b>nd provide guidance on strategies, operations, and financial management for the purpose of process improvement</li><li><b>Mitigate risk development within the operation</b><b>s</b> of work groups and functional areas</li><li><b>Make day to day supervisory decisions </b>and, under the direction of management, resolve issues for procedure administration and adherence, systems or change initiatives, business continuity planning, reporting and research, project funding, quality management, communications, financial control, and internal processing of colleagues</li><li><b>Leverage interpretation</b> of policies, procedures, or compliance requirements for the business group</li><li><b>Collaborate and consult with immediate Business Execution colleagues </b>and management while recommending strategies to implement changes and improvements</li><li><b>Interact directly with external parties</b> to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution</li><li><b>Manage allocation of people and financial resources</b> for smooth functioning of business operations</li><li><b>Mentor and guide talent development of direct report</b><b>s</b> and assist in hiring talent</li></ul><p><br /><b><b>Required Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li>2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li><li>1+ years leadership experience</li><li>2+ years of risk mitigation experience</li><li>1+ years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li>Experience in Anti-Money Laundering / Bank Secrecy Act (AML/BSA)</li><li>Experience performing customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence analysis</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders</li><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking</li><li>Experience with financial transaction analysis</li><li>Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Certification (or other financial crimes certifications)</li><li>Excellent planning and organizational skills experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other applications i.e. Lexis Nexis, Bankers Almanac, Worldcheck</li><li>Experience driving deliverables and troubleshooting issues for their team members.</li><li>Experience taking charge and removing obstacles for individuals on their team</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Job Expectations:</b></b></p><ul><li>This is not a remote position.
