Responsibilities
- Performing administrative tasks, including data entry and validation, processing vendor invoices and payments, entering system requests for existing employees and new hires, and creating job postings.
- Owning end-to-end onboarding of contractors and new hires, partnering with HR, IT, and the internal team to ensure a seamless experience.
- Running weekly and monthly status reports on headcount, phone tracking, and various other reports as needed.
- Executing on and improving upon operational processes to increase effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Identifying, recommending, and implementing automation strategies to replace manual tasks.
- Preparing reporting and metrics dashboards related to time-tracking, quantity and status of projects, team capacity and effectiveness, tiering, cycle times, expense budgets and other relevant data.
- Serving as an analytic generalist to support data queries from internal team members and clients.
- Serving as owner for internal time tracking, includes analyzing, designing, and managing enhancement requests.
- Leveraging technology to gain efficiencies and improve communications within the team and with clients.
- Facilitating maintenance of complete, centralized records of all comments and approval at the job level, for tracking and filing purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working within an in-house creative services group or external agency in a management and/or operations role.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of Workfront.
- Experience with automated workflow tools and DAM systems.
