Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat
  • Troubleshoot & resolve end user issues (technical support)
  • Respond to inquiries related to account details, products, and services
  • Navigate through multiple systems and tools when helping customers
  • Recommend product solutions for unique customer needs

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
  • Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Enjoy working independently and with a team
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check with satisfactory results

Work From Home & Equipment Requirements:

  • Work activity must be performed in a quiet and distraction-free location within the home
  • Associates must have access to highspeed internet service through a hard-wired connection (i.e., via ethernet cable)
  • Necessary equipment is provided by Foundever, though you may need to provide your own ethernet cable if your connection is over 6' from your workstation
