We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, respect for client rights, and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times.
  • Monitor and document changes in clients' physical and emotional conditions through patient observation.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the home setting.
  • Respect client confidentiality and uphold client rights at all times.
  • Provide memory care support for clients experiencing cognitive challenges.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in caregiving or home health preferred; experience with senior care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with clients and families.
  • Ability to perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live comfortably at home.

Hours are Monday through Friday 1pm-5pm
