Job Description:
The Class A Bulk Tanker Driver position will deliver products to Linde customer sites via tractor trailer tankers. As a critical member of Linde’s logistics operation, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting industrial gases such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, CO2, and hydrogen while ensuring compliance with all safety standards, laws, and regulations. In this role, you may be required to deliver to government facilities and other locations requiring extensive background checks and compliance with heightened security and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to safety, possess strong attention to detail, and adhere to company protocols related to cryogenic transportation.

Key responsibilities include the following:
  • Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Trailer coupling and uncoupling (drop and hook) when needed
  • Connect and disconnect transfer hoses, ensuring secure couplings and proper handling of cryogenic tanks, hoses, and fittings.
  • Monitor pressure levels and temperature readings during delivery to ensure safe unloading
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols during loading, unloading, and handling of cryogenic gases.
  • Ensure hazardous material shipping orders/papers are in accordance with DOT regulations
  • Maintain accurate shipping documentation, logbooks, and records in compliance with DOT and company policies.
  • Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
  • Maintain a professional partnership with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customer needs
  • Continuously building your knowledge on how Linde’s business operates and succeeds to help organization to continue growing
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of tractor-trailer driving OR
  • 2+ years of tanker trailer driving
  • Willingness to accept overnight stays as needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid CDL Class A
