Position:

  • Provide direct one-to-one educational/ABA therapy for students with autism or disabilities.
  • Deliver ABA skills support across adaptive, academic, speech, language, communication, vocational, behavior, play, and cognitive domains.
  • Collect and graph student progress data.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Assist in assessments and treatment planning.
  • Participate in PFA and SBT treatment implementation.

Location: Everett Public Schools
Schedule: Full-Time, School Day Hours
Compensation: $25–$35 per hour / $2,000 bonus for current CBTs

Our Treatment Approach:
Apple Academy utilizes evidence-based practices, including Greg Hanley’s Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) methods, to address behavioral challenges, build skill sets, and promote student success.

Certified Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized goals based on PFA/SBT methods.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Collect and analyze data to guide instruction and intervention under BCBA supervision.

Requirements:

  • Active Certified Behavior Technician license.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
  • CPR & First Aid Training.
  • Negative TB test (within past 60 days).
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RBT (Registered Behavior Technician).
  • Experience in school-based or ABA settings.
