As a Chat Support Specialist at WeezLabs, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients via chat. This is a remote or work from home position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being a vital part of our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website or app functionality.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for further resolution.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and provide detailed reports to the team.
  • Continuously stay up-to-date on our products and services to effectively support our customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while still being a team player.
  • Familiarity with website and app development and experience with WordPress and/or other CMS platforms.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones and potential after-hours support.

The pay range for this role is:

30 - 35 USD per hour(Remote (Denver, Colorado, US))
