We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to play a key role in our Client Services team in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate catering and AV/IT setups, and ensure the reception area and client lounge are always tidy and well-presented.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently, ensuring queries are directed appropriately and in line with our client contact policy.
  • Support wider facilities operations, including managing post and courier services, conducting daily building inspections, and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with office moves, reprographics tasks, and general maintenance, ensuring the workspace remains safe, functional, and well-stocked.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, support file and deed audits, and liaise with contractors and service providers.
  • Act as a fire warden and first aider, and support emergency protocols.

This is a varied and hands-on role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to both internal and external clients.
