Client Support Specialist- MUST LIVE WITHIN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO ROCKAWAY, NJ!!!! 1-3 years relevant experience!

Full Time positions Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Work from home, but successful candidates MUST LIVE in the Northern New Jersey area to be considered! Training is held in our Rockaway, NJ offices.

Lucrotec is a rapidly growing financial technology company that works with enterprise level clients to process their payments. Clients leverage our proprietary software platform to make payments via virtual card, ACH, wire, and check. We ensure payments are made quickly and securely, as well as generate rebate revenue.

The position is responsible for monitoring the company ticket queue and ensuring tickets are addressed quickly and in order of priority. Timely updates are to be provided to tickets until all items in a ticket are fully addressed. The position requires the ability to professionally discuss tickets with vendors and clients via email, phone, and through the Tickets module.

Working in conjunction with our Operations Team, you will:

  • Manage Client, Partner and Supplier initiated tickets to resolution
  • Respond to tickets within SLA
  • Perform an initial triage to determine if an issue should be escalated, and if so, to whom. This included the initial research to verify ticket assumptions.
  • Conduct extensive research utilizing the system and its information
  • Provide updates to open tickets and ultimately bring the issue to resolution.
  • Follow-up with internal staff and external contacts on aging responses
  • Guide users to find and obtain information via the user interface
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, system functionality and services

Considered Candidates must possess the following characteristics:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • AAS degree or equivalent, BS degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to use web-based search and analysis
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to discuss issues with clients and vendors over the phone
  • Ability to successfully work independently from home
  • Strong team orientation
  • Strong desire to learn and grow with our business

  • Possess good organizational skills, strong attention to detail

Training will be provided in our Rockaway, NJ offices. Once proficiency and competence has been achieved, working from home is available.
