The Community Intern position is based in Tucson, AZ, and offers a part-time work schedule of 10 to 19 hours weekly, with flexibility for occasional weekend events. The role provides compensation ranging from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, reflecting Yelp's commitment to fair pay for interns. During the internship, interns are expected to engage deeply with the local business scene, helping to plan and execute exciting community events such as parties, meet-ups, and happy hours that rally the local Yelp community both online and offline. Interns will gain valuable experience in digital marketing by creating and curating social media content aligned with regional growth goals. They will also manage Yelp’s local online business listings by monitoring and reporting inappropriate content, scams, or inaccuracies, ensuring accurate representation of businesses on the platform.
