As a Contact Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners dreaming of a better home - and your job is to turn that curiosity into commitment. Your conversations help lay the foundation for our Design Consultants to close the sale.

What You'll Do
  • Connect with inbound and outbound leads to qualify interest and schedule appointments

  • Create excitement around remodeling services (roofing, siding, windows, and baths)

  • Consistently hit weekly appointment and conversion targets

  • Monitor and manage CRM leads, emails, texts, and internal comms

  • Confirm next-day appointments and follow up with potential clients

  • Stay agile and team-focused as company needs evolve

Compensation & Perks
  • Base Pay: $18/hr

  • Average Pay with Commissions/Bonuses: $26-$30+/hr

  • Rotating Saturday shifts required (great bonus days and you can work from home!)
