**How You’ll Make An Impact** The Coordinator, Content Marketing & Partnerships position will support all areas of SiriusXM's content marketing team in the development of marketing materials and initiatives designed to increase consumer awareness of SiriusXM's unparalleled music, talk/entertainment and sports content. The position requires an efficient, well-organized individual with excellent written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail. **What You’ll Do** - Oversees the talent approval board for all submitted marketing materials across lines of business both in the US & Canada. - Works closely with Content Licensing, Content Marketing & Partnerships and Artist & Industry Relations to ensure proper stakeholders advise & approve for respective talent/genres/asks. - Collaborates with commercial teams to discuss larger scale projects that involve talent imagery, consulting on placements and restrictions at the forefront of material design, so it is streamlined and fits our requirements/best practices. - Monitors & maintains the available talent assets for yearly blanket marketing approval for respective channels across music/talk/sports – collaborating with creative for mocks, sourcing target talent lists & drafting outreach. - Monitors & maintains the available pre-approved song title & album artwork assets for channels. - Advises marketing lines of business on what is available and works with Industry Relations and Content Licensing on any necessary outreach needed as items expire. - Identify ways to improve and streamline our talent approval process internally. - Project manages multi-cultural brand campaigns, working with both the talent teams and respective programmers to gather relevant programming information and recommended talent for inclusion in campaigns. - Works closely with the Brand team to understand marketing details and talent asks for respective campaigns & assists with marketing asset approval. - Acts as point of contact for a specified group of partner channels.
