1.            Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including but not limited to transportation, distribution, warehousing, and inventory management.

7.            Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.

8.            Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize transportation costs and service levels.

9.            Monitor market trends and stay updated on industry best practices to continuously improve the logistics operations.

10.          Prepare and present regular reports to upper management on the performance and progress of the logistics department.

11.          Identify and implement new technologies and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

12.          Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote employee engagement, development, and retention.
