_ Glenshaw Auto Service is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Experience in the Automotive industry in not a must. _

_ You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality client services and maintaining positive relationships with our customers._

Responsibilities

- Monitor and Manage Customer Loyalty Points through Shop Management software

- Perform post Service follow-up Thank you for business calls

-Addressing Thank You Cards for New Customers

-Attend and contribute toBi-weekly Marketing meetings

-Answering Phones

-Carefully Replying to Google Reviews

-Greeting Customer Walk-Ins

-Manage the daily Pick-Ups and Deliveries of Customer Cars

-Exit Scheduling customers for next appointment

-Monitoring and Posting Online Payments to the Point of Sale

-Monitoring Online Appointment requests and Scheduling

-Monitoring Loaner Car Schedule and Ensuring They're Not Overbooked

-Assist Service Advisors manage workflow and productivity

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately (cash handling experience).
  • Strong typing skills for efficient data entry.
