Excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door at TEP!!! Looking for great customer service candidates!!! Class will be starting September 22nd. Training is M-F 8am-4:30pm at $16. $18 after training, need to be available to be scheduled between 7am-6pm, M-F. 40 hour work week. Great way to get into TEP.

Job Summary:
Must have Great Customer Service Skills, ability to handle phones, proficiency with computers (moving in and out of 7+software programs quickly), data entry, and general clerical skills. Training will have a lot of info presented to you, can't be intimidated by this.

Job responsibilities:

  • Must have prior customer service skills (not necessarily call center) and possess a positive attitude. Attendance/timeliness are key! Don't want someone who can't be at work consistently.
  • 40 hour work week. Must be able to work between the hours of M-F, 7am-6pm.

Candidate will possess:

  • Need to have a High School or GED diploma
  • Must be able to be able to pass a 7 year background check along with a 9 panel drug screen.
  • Hours of operation will be between 7am-6pm. Can be scheduled for your shift anytime within these hours, schedule can change depending on time of year, so need to be willing to work with shift changes.
