We’re looking for a confident, capable and motivated person to join our team as a Customer Experience & Sales Champion, someone who can bring energy, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction.

This is not a hardcore sales job, and we’re not looking for ego or pushiness. What we value is genuine customer care, attention to detail, and the ability to spot and respond to sales opportunities when they arise.

You’ll be based at our fabulous Dundee HQ and work closely with the rest of our team - from handling inbound enquiries to helping identify new opportunities, you’ll play a vital role in how our clients experience RADIX from first contact to final delivery.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Be a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for customer calls, emails and enquiries.
  • Provide clear information on our products and services.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals using our internal systems.
  • Support the sales team in following up on warm leads, previous clients and supporting our existing client enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and support reporting.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally, helping ensure a first-class customer experience from start to finish.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, inside sales, or sales support role.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment and handling a variety of enquiries.
  • Excellent phone manner and written communication skills.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, especially when dealing with quotes and systems.
  • Curious, coachable and excited about growing into a more senior sales or account role.

What we expect:

  • Working week, Monday to Thursday 08:00hrs-17:00hrs, Friday 08:00hrs-13:00hrs. You may, on occasion, have to work longer to meet deadlines or when attending an event or a conference
  • Works with and helps others to achieve common standards by leading and being a team player.
  • Focuses energy to make things happen with positive results.
  • Excellent communication skills. Demonstrates clear, two-way communication at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
