OMI Group is actively hiring a Customer Service Crew Member in the Pittsburgh area to support our growing client base and ongoing expansion across the telecommunications and service industries. This is a full-time opportunity designed for individuals ready to take ownership of the customer experience while learning how to navigate high-level business and sales functions.

As a Customer Service Crew Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. The Customer Service Crew Member will assist with product questions, help with customer service needs, and ensure that every sales interaction reflects OMI Group’s commitment to excellence. The Customer Service Crew Member will be empowered to resolve sales issues, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For as a Customer Service Crew Member:

  • Assisting customers with sales service updates, enrollments, product questions, and billing inquiries
  • Promoting additional products and services through consultative sales strategies
  • Managing and updating customer records accurately to support sales team reporting and compliance
  • Collaborating with the sales team to support campaign goals and share customer feedback
  • Troubleshooting customer concerns quickly, maintaining professionalism and solution-focused sales communication
  • Participating in daily team meetings, sales performance check-ins, and service enhancement planning
