This role, though non-supervisory, is a pivotal part of our innovative sales team, offering a dynamic mix of responsibilities to keep you engaged and excited!

What You'll Do:

As a customer service rep your duties are listed below not limited to:

  • Provide a variety of support from walk-in/email/phone customers to other branch employees as well. Such support can include answering customer inquiries regarding stock checks, pricing, product information, order status, delivery and needs. Communicate with other branches on stock and/or order issues.
  • Provide samples to customers, accurately key in orders and complete sales transaction orders from start to finish all while delivering exceptional service.
  • Order supplies, maintain sample room and update inventories.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required

Expectations for Role Growth

This position requires leadership qualities from the start and is intended to grow into a supervisory and eventually managerial role. Simply fulfilling the basic responsibilities will not be sufficient. We are looking for someone who consistently shows initiative, takes ownership of their role, and actively contributes to the success of the branch. Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers is essential to holding and advancing in this position. Your ability to lead by example and elevate customer experience will directly impact your career growth at QDI Surfaces.

What You Bring:

  • Acctivate Experience a plus, but not required
  • Experience & Expertise: 3-5 years in customer service or office management, with a preference for those familiar with the natural stone industry.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you don't miss a beat when it comes to attention to detail. Accuracy and effectiveness in your daily tasks are highly important.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding service with a smile – your professionalism and presentation skills set you apart.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: You tackle challenges head-on, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication Champ: Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional.
  • Tech Savvy: Navigate through MS Outlook, Word, and Excel with ease.

Pay: $20 + ***Depends on experience***
