We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can provide top-notch service, keep our office running smoothly, and support our busy collision team.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers in person and by phone.
  • Assist with scheduling, estimates, insurance paperwork, and repair updates.
  • Keep customers informed and supported throughout their repair process.
  • Help maintain an organized office and positive shop atmosphere.
  • Provide hospitality that makes every customer feel welcome.
