Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your role is to effectively address customer inquiries, utilizing creative methods for resolving varied questions and issues.

  • Responsibly manage all customer inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional service through active engagement
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactively address and aim to resolve issues on the first call
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers
  • Calmly handle and de-escalate challenges
  • Escalate cases when required and suitable
  • Record call-related information for audits and reports
  • Provide insights on call issues for improvement
  • Engage in upselling when necessary

Who We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months in customer service roles
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more
  • Comfortable with desktop systems, familiar with Windows
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales is highly desirable
  • Preferably hold a college degree
