Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in a call center setting.
  • Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
  • Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
  • Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

What you’ll do:

  • You will handle customer inquiries via inbound calls

  • You’ll provide an amazing service to all customers with clear and accurate information.

  • You will research unique inquires to provide a resolution or escalate inquire if needed.

  • You’ll be responsible for following up with all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.

  • You will use internal resources to solve inquiries and keep customer notes in the company database.
