We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. This is a full-time, entry-level role built for candidates who want to grow in sales, customer service, and account management while representing advanced fiber internet, wireless, and home connectivity services.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service and Sales Representative

  • Promote fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications services to new and existing customers
  • Assist customers with service activations, account changes, billing inquiries, and plan upgrades
  • Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales goals
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales performance targets through promotions and bundled services
  • Maintain accurate customer accounts, sales activity, and account management records
  • Represent the company with professionalism, industry knowledge, and customer-first service
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales, customer satisfaction, and business development goals

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will connect with customers directly, explain fiber internet and wireless service options, and assist with account activations, billing support, service upgrades, and product recommendations. This role offers weekly pay, uncapped commission, and advancement into leadership and management positions.
