Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Check and provide pricing information for auto parts.
  • Process orders for customers who choose to purchase.
  • Collect customer information and email invoices to collect payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
  • Call dealers and verify the part numbers to make sure the part is correct.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales it's a must.
  • Previous experience with auto insurance companies is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly check and relay product pricing.
  • Basic computer skills for invoicing and record-keeping.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of auto parts preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work independently.
