We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Team Lead to oversee daily operations, coach and mentor representatives, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and retention.

**Must obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within first 60 days**

What You’ll Do
  • Direct a team of customer service and licensed representatives, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Guide team members through mentoring, coaching sessions, and individualized check-ins
  • Oversee scheduling needs, including attendance tracking, time-off approvals, and shift adjustments
  • Address and resolve complex escalations such as regulatory inquiries, BBB/DOI cases, social media feedback, and policyholder complaints
  • Work closely with training and performance teams to identify development opportunities and drive improvements
  • Maintain strict compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and service quality expectations
Qualifications
  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year of management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and think critically in fast-paced situations
