We make life easier for small business owners, helping them thrive with an all-in-one solution. To do that, we’re looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team and help us deliver outstanding service every step of the way.

The Role

We’re looking for a personable and organised Customer Support Assistant to help our clients feel supported and confident using Aesthetic Nurse Software. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, responding to queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through key features of the platform.

Your role will be central to building trust, encouraging long-term customer success, and ensuring our clients see real value in the software. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming phone calls, WhatsApp’s and emails with professionalism and empathy
  • Guide clients through setting up key features and ensure they understand how to get the most out of ANS
  • Provide support to team members with admin tasks when required
  • Make outbound calls to clients regarding ongoing queries or issues
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical problems to our development team when needed
  • Proactively follow up with clients to make sure they feel confident and supported with the software
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with our clients to encourage loyalty and satisfaction
  • Become a product expert on Aesthetic Nurse Software
  • Capture feedback and share insights with the wider team to help us continuously improve
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

  • Effective time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with Sales, Support, and Product teams.

Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer support or customer success role
  • An interest in SaaS or technology (desirable but not essential)
  • Background or knowledge of the aesthetics, health, or beauty industry is a bonus
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools (desirable)
