Customer Support/ Sales Representative

Monday - Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm

Overview:
Aces Fuel Injection, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Representative to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct phone-based sales to support business growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with computers, email, and chat-based communication systems.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time.
