Beyond Logistics, LLC is hiring Full-Time and Part-time package delivery drivers with openings starting immediately. We work exclusively with Amazon. This position will include driving large delivery vans in all weather conditions.

  • Our Location: (DDP5) 6300 Bristol Pike, Levittown PA 19067
  • Starting Rate $22.25
  • $23.00 will start after 60 days.
  • Delivery Areas: Bucks County PA
  • On-site Parking/No need to commute to off-site parking
  • Inside Loading: Do not need to load your van outside.

Requirements and key duties/responsibilities:

**Must be comfortable driving a large delivery van, working outdoors 9-11 hours per day. We operate in rain, sleet, and snow, and high temperatures until the job is complete.**

  • Must be reliable and dependable
  • Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road ability to drive at night
  • A valid driver's license
  • Clean Driving Record for Last 7 years
  • No major infractions
  • No Speeding Infractions
  • A reliable smart phone (we use ADP to clock in/out, and driving software to monitor on-road distractions and safe driving
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Must complete a 4 panel drug screen, and be subject to random drug screening
  • Must be able to work a 9-11 hour shift 4-5 days a week.
  • Overtime Opportunities on 5th and 6th day. Max 6 days can be worked.
  • Operations run 7 days per week
  • Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to walk packages up driveways, stairways, walkways, and any other reasonable delivery location.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
  • Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
  • Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
  • Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
  • Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
  • Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

Preferred Qualifications: Holds high ethical standards at all times

  • Proven track record of reliability
  • DOT/CDL not required
  • Prior professional driving experience
  • Prior experience representing a consumer brand with professionalism
  • Excellent attention to detail with skill set to problem solve independently
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude
