CVP Logistics, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, hardworking team players (Delivery Associates) to deliver Amazon packages. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon package delivered to each customer safely and on time. We offer part-time to full-time job opportunities.

Company Vehicle and Uniforms Provided! No CDL Required!
Full-time is 4-5 days/week, part-time is 3 days/week; will work at least 1 weekend day every week.
Shifts are 10 1/2 hours per day and operate 7 days a week
Shift start time is 9:10 a.m. *subject to change*
Must be available to work any day of the week including Saturday and/or Sunday
As a Delivery Associate, this position is hands-on physical work, in a fast-paced environment, working independently, outdoors in all weather conditions during the day and into the evening. Experience preferred, but not required. Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently load and deliver Amazon packages utilizing an assigned cargo van
  • Exercise problem-solving and troubleshooting skills using a handheld device for navigation, routing, customer interaction, delivery information, and support
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area obeying all traffic laws, safely and efficiently delivering between 200 and 350 packages per day
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions, loading, and unloading packages to be delivered
  • Be Customer and Safety OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers safely and professionally
  • Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs., promptly without assistance
  • This position is physically demanding and fast-paced
  • Must be able to enter and exit the van, walk long driveways, and go up and down stairs throughout your shift hundreds of times per day
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Complete inspection of assigned vehicle before and after scheduled route
  • Must absolutely be a team player with a great and positive attitude
  • Reliable, safe, enthusiastic, and willing to get the job done

Basic Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Read, write, and speak English
  • At least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license
  • Successfully complete the onboarding process, including a pre-employment drug screen, driver training and ride-along
  • Computer and handheld electronic device experience is necessary with a basic understanding of how to use electronic handheld devices to assist in deliveries
  • Enjoy driving, multitasking, and working independently
  • Be positive, punctual and have excellent time management skills
  • Reliable, honest, trustworthy, attention to detail, and conscientious
  • Clean, neat, and professional appearance while on the job
  • Must have a SMART phone (iPhone or Android)
