<p> About The Role & Team<br /> Creative Studios is the in-house creative agency for B2B communications, responsible for putting together physical and virtual events, visual presentations, video pre and post-production, video sizzles and industrials, eblasts, web design and integrated platform tools as well as and printed collateral.<br /> The Digital Designer is responsible for producing creative content across various digital channels and platforms within the Disney Advertising Ecosystem. This includes conceptualizing and supporting the Senior Manager of Interactive Design and Production, Creative Studios team leads, product teams, and UX/UI stakeholders to develop immersive, on-trend, user-centric web designs and graphics that represent Disney's partnership brands. The role supports sales, marketing, and client communication strategies that align with Disney's brand identity and advertising partner initiatives. It plays a key role in the Creative Studios digital team's mission to deliver immersive user experiences driven by next-generation storytelling and cutting-edge design.<br /> What You Will Do<br /> • Work closely with Creative Studios Senior Manager, User Experience Interface leads and product teams to ensure graphics and branding within Disney Advertising's B2B related product sites and partnership multi-sites align with overall marketing objectives and branding guidelines.<br /> • Create graphics for Creative Studios digital projects and platforms, including websites, landing pages, web banners, headers, icons, infographics, email campaigns and templates via Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, in addition to utilizing Adobe InDesign for printed materials such as posters, seating cards, charts, note and speech cards, postcards and other printed materials including out of home prints and client activations from pre-press to proofing, getting appropriate signoffs, in addition to working with vendors for scheduling, delivery and installations.<br /> • Manage brand Assets for the Creative Studios team, maintain digital libraries of show assets and stock photography, organize and manage design files, establishing appropriate naming convention for files for storage and archival of all keyart assets and design resources (fonts, icons, images, templates, tutorials, etc).<br /> • Assist in the development and production of experiential and live events, supporting live streaming functions, creating production materials that serves as the blueprint for planning, organizing, and executing live streams including encoder settings, signal flows, viewer links, production schedules, key contact information and event details.<br /> • Assist the Senior Manager with implementing new software integrations and system updates, ensuring the Creative Studios team remains informed and equipped with the latest tools and capabilities. Stay up to date on industry trends by conducting research and competitive analysis, and contribute to the development of fresh content ideas and strategic initiatives that support innovation and creative excellence.<br /> <br /> Required Qualifications & Skills<br /> • 2+ years' experience working in the entertainment industry within an advertising organization, agency, or creative studio<br /> • Multimedia and graphic design experience<br /> • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects a plus<br /> • Proficient in Keynote and PowerPoint<br /> • Knowledge of digital and print processes, photography a plus<br /> • Project Management and scheduling skills<br /> • Experienced in working with branding guidelines (color theory, layout, typography)<br /> • Experience with web development, digital marketing and project management tools<br /> • Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Graphic Design and/or Film Production preferred<br /> The hiring range for this position based in New York is $67,500 - $90,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
