What you will do

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils
- Keep dish and kitchen areas clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
- Run dish machines correctly while checking water temperatures and sanitizer levels
- Restock stations, set up clean wares, and jump in on simple prep when needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Communicate clearly and back up teammates during busy rushes
