Desired Skills and Experience

Prior dispatch and customer service experience as well as phone experience preferred. We are also looking for someone who is organized, flexible, detail oriented and who has excellent communication skills. But a great attitude is the only non-negotiable requirement.

The Big Task

As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in driving the revenue of our company by efficiently managing incoming service calls and assigning the right technicians to the right jobs. Your ability to assess customer needs and optimize scheduling will directly impact our service quality and operational efficiency.



Key Sub Tasks

  • Prioritize and dispatch urgent and high-value calls to maximize daily revenue and sold-hour goals

  • Ensure technicians receive accurate job details to provide top-quality customer experiences

  • Track technician locations and manage their field operations efficiently

  • Maintain precise records of service calls and generate summary reports for senior management

  • Build strong relationships with customers by following up with "happy calls" to ensure satisfaction

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote the Williams Plumbing brand

Keep customers informed throughout the day regarding technician progress

Qualifications & Competencies ******************************

  • Proven track record in customer service or dispatching

  • Proficiency with phone systems and IT applications; strong typing skills
