We are seeking an experienced Family Law Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in family law or civil litigation. Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include all areas of case management and trial preparation, including but not limited to:

  • Client interface and meetings.
  • Manages cases from inception through trial.
  • Strategic thinking to zealously advocate for all clients.
  • Drafting motions, pleadings, memorandum, discovery demands and responses, correspondence, etc.
  • Handling all aspects of litigation, including contested hearings and trial
  • Management and successful achievement of case deadlines.
  • Sound analyst, collaborator, and implementer of trial strategy to accomplish client goals.
  • Performing legal research.
  • Assists with training personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing with the State Bar Association.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law or civil litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to providing quality legal service.
  • Must be tech-friendly and/or willing to learn.
  • Must be an effective and clear communicator.
  • Must be able to track and meet minimum billable requirements.
  • Must be an excellent and creative writer.
