We offer one of the most comprehensive benefits programs in the industry.</p><p><b>Various Locations:</b> Baltimore, MD; Leesburg, Lynchburg, Fredericksburg and Manassas, VA.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Provide expert critical care to patients during air transport, ensuring safety and clinical excellence.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.</li><li>Maintain compliance with company protocols, safety regulations, and medical standards.</li><li>Participate in ongoing education and training to uphold the highest care standards.</li><li>Schedule: Rotational shifts based on operational needs.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Active RN license to practice in Virginia.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred).</li><li>Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the following: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).</li><li>CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.</li><li>Flight or transport experience preferred.</li><li>Successful completion of the Medical Group education/orientation program.</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills to work with team members, patients, and external customers.</li><li>Weight limit: Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.</li><li>Basic computer skills for electronic charting and communication.</li><li>Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), and drug screening.</li></ul><p><b>Join a Mission That Saves Lives!</b> If you are a skilled nurse with a passion for critical care and a desire to make a difference, we encourage you to apply today.
