Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team at Tortilla King LLC on 3rd shift. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs using CMMS.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Proficient in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques including PLC troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with schematics and industrial mechanics is essential.
  • Experience with welding is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
