Schedule: Full or Part-time, Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am- 4:30pm

Overview:

We are a family owned door and millwork shop seeking a dependable and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a long-term basis. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers, big and small.

About us:

We are a small business that sells doors, millwork/trim, hardware (locks, hinges, etc.), and other building materials on a retail and wholesale level. We handle both commercial and residential projects. We are a close knit team, that considers are employees family.

Your role will include:

• Greet customers with professionalism and a smile
• Answer phones and direct calls accordingly or take detailed messages when necessary
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and proficiency: this includes posting of invoices, reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts, and filing documents in the correct locations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
• Basic cleaning of the office: this includes weekly vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms, etc.
• Insure all brochures and product literature stays stocked

Qualifications:

• Prior administrative or office experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience with Quickbooks Desktop is preferred but not required
