A fantastic school district located in Schnecksville, PA is seeking a full-time Paraprofessional to join the team. In this role, you will provide essential support and services to students, helping to foster academic achievement, social-emotional growth, and personal development. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student receives appropriate support and instruction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students based on individual needs and IEP goals

  • Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional activities, and student engagement

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student development

  • Implement behavior or educational plans as needed under teacher guidance

  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
