Business Hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 4 p.m. to 9 p.m
  • Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m
  • Sunday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m
  • Closed Tuesday

The Restaurant:
Our modern, spacious and clean kitchen has air conditioning, is easy to clean and maintain, and has almost 180° views of the ocean. You won’t have to deal with fryers, flat tops, or greasy hoods. Take a look at our menu & social media, and learn more about us and the food we make.

The Food:
Our menu is based mainly around pizza & panini. Other items include;

  • Salads
  • Soup
  • Starters
  • Charcuterie

The Position:
As a pizza cook, you should be well-versed in the following skills:

  • Be punctual and reliable; consistently
  • Open, manage, and close stations
  • Handle cooking with an oven, and all things associated with it
  • Shape, handle, and work pizza dough
  • Prepare ingredients efficiently and organize them
  • Follow and complete recipes in a timely & efficient manner
  • Clean as you work & clean after yourself
  • Be a team player, plan ahead, and adapt to situations
  • Manage your time effectively and solve problems
  • Maintain food safety practices and keep the kitchen clean, as per our cleaning checklists
  • Always be closing!

An ideal candidate has at least two years of recent/current professional cooking experience. If you’ve worked with pizza dough, that’s an added bonus, so let us know when reaching out.

Pay starts at $15/hr + tips, until you are trained. After doing a performance review, pay will be increased to $16/hr + tips.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
