Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction while managing staff and maintaining operational efficiency.

Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
  • Manage inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Utilize POS system (TOAST) for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
  • Train and develop staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
  • Implement food safety protocols to maintain compliance with health regulations.
  • Conduct interviews and hire new staff while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Supervise daily shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Handle cash management and financial reporting accurately.
  • Collaborate with kitchen management to enhance menu offerings and improve food production processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Maintain budgeting practices to optimize restaurant profitability.
  • Maintain a Fun, energetic atmosphere!!!

Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field. Experience in quick service & casual dining, or fine dining environments is preferred. Familiarity with culinary practices, hospitality management, and team management is essential. Ideal candidates will also have experience in training & development, supervising staff, and implementing effective leadership strategies within the restaurant setting. A background in banquet services or catering is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
