<strong>Description<br><br></strong>Employer: Amazon.com Services LLC<br><br>Position: General MKTG II (multiple positions available)<br><br>Location: Bellevue, WA<br><br><strong>Multiple Positions Available<br><br></strong><ul><li> Work at the strategic level to champion bold and creative ideas, and at a tactical level to ensure execution excellence of plans.</li><li> Collaborate with worldwide marketing teams and other internal stakeholders to create the best cross-channel strategies and digital experiences aimed at driving awareness of various products and creation of an innovative, best-in-class, cross-channel experience to drive ongoing customer engagement.</li><li> Champion best practices in driving engagement for Amazon Flex delivery partners, and make recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage and retain delivery partners, and support localization of campaigns for international geographies.</li><li> Design and deliver automated engagement and retention nurturing campaign via Adobe Marketo, in order to monthly active users and the number of working delivery partners.</li><li> Build, test and optimize delivery partner engagement and retention programs in Adobe Marketo; Make continuous campaign improvements based on performance, trends, insights.</li><li> Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, leverage rewards, promotions, and offers to implement the targeted campaign based on audience segmentation</li><li> Provide campaign performance analysis and reporting, and communicate and implement timely optimizations to drive results.</li><li> Maintain the day-to-day management and optimization of engagement and retention campaigns, including the development, QA, deployment and reporting in Adobe Marketo. Work in conjunction with other internal business teams to: continually optimize campaigns and events; identify business-critical opportunities that will increase the adoption of products and services; and gauge the satisfaction of services.</li><li> Establish and maintain scalable processes, and develop and manage the maintenance of playbooks and assets</li><li> Responsible for collecting and analyzing cross channel metrics and performance to derive insights and recommend strategies for customer acquisition and retention.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong>A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline and followed by 5 progressively responsible experience in job offered or in related occupation in Marketing, Research Analysis, Product Management, or Business Analysis.<br><br><strong>Experience Must Include<br><br></strong><ul><li> Professional non-internship marketing experience.</li><li> Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.</li><li> Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).</li><li> Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.</li><li> Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.</li><li> Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.<br><br></li></ul>The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $140,026.00 -<br><br>$141,100.00 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
