Be part of a dedicated team that works in a safe, fast-paced environment. Position Overview: As a General Operator, you'll support various aspects of seed production throughout the seasons. Your duties will change depending on the time of year, from seed inspection and harvesting to packaging and inventory management. You'll work in a variety of tasks with seasonal demands. Key Responsibilities: Fall (Sept-Oct): Receive and process crops, operate dryers, shell & store crops. Winter (Nov-Mar): Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed, enter inventory info. Spring/Summer (Apr-Aug): Retag seed, inspect pro boxes, and wash equipment. What We're Looking For: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in all weather conditions. Previous experience in agriculture or manufacturing (preferred, but not required). Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing conditions and tasks. Qualifications: Must pass background check and pre-employment screenings. Reliable transportation to the work site. Ability to work long hours, including overtime when needed.
