The companys Healthcare division specializes in solutions for diabetes care, diagnostics, and wearable medical devices , providing trusted skin-contact materials to leading global OEMs.

Position Summary

The Global Product Manager Healthcare will lead the strategy, development, and commercial success of the Healthcare product portfolio, with a focus on diabetes and diagnostic applications. This on-site role requires strong market insight, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into differentiated commercial offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy across diabetes, diagnostics, and wearable medical devices
  • Identify target market segments and define value propositions
  • Lead new product development through the Stage-Gate (PDR) process
  • Manage pricing strategies, profitability, and product lifecycle performance
  • Oversee project pipelines, technical support requests (TSRs), and custom development initiatives
  • Align go-to-market plans and marketing communications with brand strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or Marketing Masters preferred
  • Minimum 10 years experience in commercial Healthcare roles (Product Management, Business or Market Development)
  • Proven track record in launching and managing products within medical devices, diagnostics, or wearables
  • Experience working with OEMs and suppliers in the healthcare value chain
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%; on-site presence in York, PA is required
