Position Requirements
Healthcare Customer Service Representatives are tasked with handling customer inquiries by:

  • Connecting with clients via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions or concerns
  • Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues
  • Elevating interactions when necessary
  • Assisting with requests or processing payments
  • Recording call details for auditing and reporting
  • Providing feedback on call-related concerns
  • Engaging in upselling when needed

We seek dedicated individuals who aim to deliver excellence consistently.
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 months in customer service
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • Familiarity with desktop computer systems and a basic understanding of Windows
  • Ideally, previous customer service or sales experience
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory
